Users are permitted to use all these materials only to access the Site. These materials cannot be copied, disassembled, modified, reproduced, published on other websites or any computerized network environment, used for public purposes, framed, altered, changed or distributed, redistributed, licensed, sublicensed, or transferred in any form, by any person, without the prior written consent of Ideal Residence.

The user is directly responsible for all actions and mistakes that result in material losses and/or damages of any kind, to themselves or third parties, whether intentional, negligent, or careless.

Users who affect the security of systems or networks, or who threaten their integrity, will bear the consequences (criminal or civil) established by applicable legal norms.

Ideal Residence will use all diligence and efforts to ensure the Site functions optimally to transmit all updated data and information to users. However, Ideal Residence does not guarantee that the Site does not contain errors or that it functions permanently at optimal parameters, so Ideal Residence will not be legally responsible for any inaccuracies or incorrect information presented on the Site. Nevertheless, it will take all necessary actions to promptly remedy any potential errors at the request of any user.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.

The Site can be accessed from anywhere in Romania and from outside this territory (i.e., from other countries), as long as technical conditions allow. Ideal Residence does not guarantee the compatibility of the content of the Site and/or these Terms and Conditions with the applicable laws of the country from which access is made by the user (including regarding intellectual property rights).

FINAL PROVISIONS

Ideal Residence may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions of using the Site. Continuing to use the Site will be considered implicit acceptance of these terms by the user.
